The Maison is located at 508 Frenchmen St. in the Fauborg-Marigny Neighborhood on the edge of the French Quarter in New Orleans, LA. Click here for a Google Maps link to our location and to get directions to our venue.
The Maison is a restaurant so there is no age limit for entry before 10PM. After 10PM we are a 21+ venue. During the occasional ticketed show the age restriction is 18+.
We have live music everyday from open until close. We open at 4pm Monday-Friday, at 1pm on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays. We close whenever everyone leaves, so closing is not at a specific time but usually between 1am and 4am depending on the day of the week.
We typically have traditional Jazz and Swing music from open until 10PM, after 10PM we typically have Funk and Brass bands performing.
Almost all of our shows are no cover. There is a one drink or food item minimum per set. The dining room and stage are in the same area so if you are dining you will be in the same area as the show! For the rare ticketed show, you can purchase tickets here.
To find out today’s schedule or the schedule for an upcoming date, please visit our music calendar here. To find out the type of music the band plays, simply view the “categories” listed below the band name on the calendar listing.
You may purchase one of our dinner reservation packages on our reservations page here. Reservations cut off 6 hours before the time we open, so if you are trying to reserve a table for the same day and are unable to do so online, then we recommend arriving no later than 6:30pm to avoid waiting to be seated. Once reservations are closed for the day, seating is done on a first come first served basis.
We can accommodate groups of all sizes at our venue. Please visit our private events page for more information or to send us an inquiry for your event.
